Three Key Takeaways

1. Embracing Authenticity is vital in every person’s life, queer or not.
2. Systematic Change is needed to make the queer and every other marginalized community be comfortable embracing themselves.
3. People who are allowed to embrace themselves and allowed to be themselves always perform better.

The One Away Moment: Jim’s One Away moment was when he embraced authenticity and came out as a gay man at the age of 26.
