This week on The BibRave Podcast, we welcome back former professional runner and host of The Mocko Show, Chris Mocko! We talked to Chris on the show about a year ago, and a few months later (after a solid showing at Western States) he made the difficult decision to leave professional running. Chris is a super analytical and thoughtful guy who’s unique because he doesn’t let those internal deliberations prevent him from making big (and risky!) moves.
