#19: Coach Flaherty is back! Part 1...

Coach Flaherty drops by again!  Tons of information from the coach this week, and that includes Matt's unique backstory: Engineering degree, law school, law practice, and giving all that up to become a professional runner and coach - only to get injured right off the bat. We also talk a lot about attitude, how important it is to control what you can control and let the chips fall where they may. The episode ran a bit long, so this is part one of what will be a two-part interview (part two is coming next week). Some references below from the episode. NOTES: Anatomy for Runners, highly recommended by Coach Flaherty.  Renato Canova, an Italian running coach that Flaherty cites frequently. Comrades Marathon - good lord.   For those digging the sweet ukulele intro music, that comes to us from the talented musician and running coach, Matt Flaherty himself. Check out his site for more audio goodness.   If you like what you hear and want to get more, please subscribe in iTunes and leave a review. That pleases our overlords at iTunes... ????
