They have both struggled with losing weight in the past and tried many different options. Keto is what has worked for them, and have lost over 90kg between them. They have now been living a keto life for nearly 3 years and are still amazed with how long they have been able to maintain this new life. They love to travel and wanted to find a way to continue to enjoy traveling whilst living a ketogenic lifestyle.
