Josh Reed is a dietician and personal trainer, specialising in gut health, IBS, FODMAPs, plant based eating, sports nutrition and wellbeing. He has been working in the health industry for over 10 years and has been practicing as a dietician for the past 5 years. Josh is a freelance health writer and is also a speaker and part of the incredible Doctors For Nutrition team. In this episode, we talk about his journey to a plant based vegan diet, what he eats in a day, his studies, and then we dive into the importance of fibre, pre and probiotics, the prevention, management and reversal of chronic disease, including gut health and IBS, heart disease, diabetes, obesity.
